The bonding area is prepared so that the adhesive can form a reliable seam. Clean working conditions matter: lint, oil and contamination can weaken or mark the product.
4. Bonding and assembly
Adhesive is applied in a controlled layer, and pieces are aligned and joined. Curves, narrow panels and decorative details demand patience and consistent pressure.
5. Finishing and inspection
The finished garment is checked for measurements, seam integrity, surface condition, hardware and cleanliness. It is then protected for storage and shipping.
